Memory
Memory is the device to store data and programs within computers. In a wide sense, external storage unit (auxiliary storage unit), such as hard disk or floppy disk, are included in the word, but in most cases "memory" indicates large-scale integrated memory devices like RAM or ROM, in which CPU can directly read and write. Especially, working space of CPU using RAM is called main memory and an important device that influence greatly on computer performance.
